Job Description for Manufacturing Engineer:
The manufacturing engineer is responsible for creating, documenting, developing and implementing procedures used to manufacture and test the company's products.
Essential Responsibilities of a Manufacturing Engineer:
Providing support to manufacturing processes through toubleshooting current operations.
Lead root cause investigations Develop and implement improvement plans to achieve business goals related to safety, quality, productivity, and reducing operation costs.
Leads new product development including transition from design to manufacturing Prototype and Pilot Runs Manages part orders for new designs Works to improve knolwedge base of company with current manufacturing tools and methods Supports development and dissemination of lean manufacturing knolwedge and techniques Conducts Kaizen events and leads employee training with direction from Enigneering Manager Prepares business cases for purchase of new equipment leads installation, debugging, and employee training of new capital equipment ensures safety procedures, work instructions, and other company policies reflect the evelving needs of the business.

Bachelor's degree in manufacturing engineering with 1 to 3 years experience.
Experience with manufacturing methods and tools such as Lean, SPC, 6 Sigma Understands how to map process flows using value stream mapping techniques Ability to lead Kaizen events, conducting time studies and coaching line operators.
Experience in machine controls such as PLC and CNC.
Ability to meet and communicate effectively with vendors, employees and the general public in a professional manner.
Strong computer skills in Excel, Word.
Problem solving, decision making, time management skills; ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
Background in CNC Tube Bending a plus 3D design and Robot Studio a plus Physical Redquirements for a Manufacturing Engineer:
Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time.
Ability to maneuver production facility.
Ability to operate various office equipment including phones, copier, computer and fax machine.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
